The Atmel AVR ISP mkII uses MOSI, MISO, SCLK, RESET, and power.

Cut a right angle dual row header to have 6 pins in 2 rows of 3.

Carefully pull the two pins shown and rotate them 180 degrees:

Install the connector and wire as shown:

Connect the AVR ISP mkII as shown:
