- Connect any 120-pin expansion board to the verdex motherboard first, applying pressure only as directed by the writing on the board. Then, connect a 60-pin expansion board second. More in this FAQ.

Backup battery Details
One change on verdex vs basic/connex is that verdex 24-pin connector exposes a backup-battery connection which can be used to power the RTC while the verdex is "off". To understand how to use this, refer to the docs for the TPS65020 PMIC which is used on verdex.
Toolchain 3.4.0 complete access to open source software for porting
