Background

- The basix motherboards connect a single expansion board using the 60-pin connector for a two board configuration.

- The connex motherboards connect both a 60-pin and 92-pin expansion board for a three-board configuration.

- The verdex motherboards could connect a 60-pin, a 24-pin and a 120-pin expansion board for a three-board configuration.
